Parents & Family Welcome

Optional supporter travel for coaches who choose to include parents, family members, friends, and fans in their Costa Rica soccer tour experience.

When Coaches Choose to Include Supporters

If you choose to invite parents, family members, and supporters, we can build an experience that fits your team's schedule and goals.

  • Attend international matches
  • Stay at the same hotels as the team
  • Join selected sightseeing and cultural activities
  • Travel on group transportation when appropriate
  • Enjoy Costa Rica while supporting their player and team

The level of participation is flexible and designed around the coach's vision for the trip.

Experienced Support for Teams and Families

For more than 30 years we've hosted teams traveling to Costa Rica, including many tours where parents, siblings, grandparents, and supporters joined the experience.

The team still comes first. When families travel, our local staff answers their questions and coordinates their logistics, so coaches don't have to manage those details and the focus stays on the team.

We Help Handle the Questions

Coaches should not have to manage every travel question from parents and supporters.

We communicate directly with interested families about hotels, transportation, activities, meals, safety, and travel logistics, and we can host a virtual parent meeting before the tour to review the itinerary.

Family Travel May Help Lower Tour Costs

Because tour pricing is based in part on group size, adding family members and supporters can sometimes lower the overall cost per person. If affordability matters, inviting supporters may be worth exploring.

Additional travelers may help reduce tour costs

By increasing overall group size.

Your Team. Your Tour. Your Decision.

Some coaches prefer a team-only experience. Others enjoy having parents and supporters share in the journey. Either approach can be successful.

We'll help build the structure that works best for your team, with as much or as little supporter involvement as you choose.
